About the ICE Physio Pelvic Certification
Three Course Series
Two 8 week online courses (offered 3-6 times per year) and one live weekend course (offered in 15+ locations per year).
Testing
Online: You will complete a midterm and final exam during each of the two online courses.
Live: You will complete an In-person practical exam at the conclusion of your live weekend course.
Assignments
Regular mandatory assignments exist throughout each 8-week online course and are required for successful certification completion.
Cost
Total Cost is simply the total of the three courses, which is less than $2,500.

Who can attend these courses?
These courses are open to all rehabilitation providers & fitness professionals. Only those individuals who have the scope of practice to perform internal examination & treatment are eligible to become certified.
When are the two 8-week online courses offered?
The online courses run in multiple cohorts throughout the year (typically 3–6 times annually). New cohorts usually start every 6–8 weeks. View all upcoming online pelvic courses here.
When and where is the live weekend course offered?
Recent and upcoming locations include Burlington, NJ; Hendersonville, TN; St. Albert, AB; Leander, TX; Bellingham, WA; Greenville, SC; and many more. New dates are added regularly.
Can males attend and gain certification?
Yes! In fact, this is highly encouraged! The need is too great for women only to be competent in this space; men stepping up alongside them will be critical to achieve our ultimate goal of getting every pelvic floor the rehab it deserves. For the internal exam portion of the live course, men need to bring a female participant to work with during the lab.
Is the internal portion required?
To become certified, yes. We do have an “alternative” assignment for those who do not wish to perform the internal portion of the live course (male or female). This is also a great option for those providers who are not allowed to perform internal examination & treatment due to scope of practice limitations.
Do the courses focus primarily on assessment or treatment?
BOTH! Too many courses exist with a lopsided focus on assessment, leaving clinicians wondering ‘now what?’ when they get back to the clinic. Our faculty believe assessment is only as valuable as the treatment which follows, and our courses are developed upon that key principle.
What patient populations do the courses address?
These courses are applicable to all populations across the lifespan and all genders.
Do I need to attend the virtual meetings in the online course?
All meetings are recorded to enable you to catch up on any missed content when schedule conflicts arise. However, attending live is always preferred as rich discussions and connections are fostered by having a present, active group!
