  • 1 barbell with 200-300# of bumper plates for every 3-5 students
  • 1 squat stand or station at floor-mounted rig for every 3-5 students

Dry Needling Courses
  • Provide gloves, sharps containers, and alcohol swabs
  • 1 treatment table per every 2 students

Extremity Management
  • Resistance bands (such as Rogue Monster brand) and mini-bands (Theraband unacceptable)
  • 1 barbell with 135# of plates for every 3 students
