This 4-part lecture series will help you better understand nutrition, strength testing, and aerobic capacity testing to better assess your patients, clients, and athletes.

This 6-hour, online lecture series covers the basics of nutrition as it relates to physical therapy practice & performance (macronutrients, micronutrients, supplements), exercise testing & prescription (1RM strength testing, aerobic capacity testing), and addresses the basics of GPP training as well as sport specialization training. In addition, 4 in-depth case studies are provided to maximize learning. Students will be tested with a quiz at the conclusion of the course in order to receive CEUs.
