Intended Stimulus
Build some low skill fatigue on the bike or with running prior to testing a max interval of either an Olympic weightlifting complex or good old fashioned, God’s honest, burpees. Push yourself through a short 3 minute AMRAP while your partner tests their complex or burpees just so you’re not sitting around on your duff
Movement Standards
We recommend shuttle runs this week or a pre-set distance with cones for your running in order to keep track of your distance
There are way too many movements between the Rx & minimal equipment divisions this week to describe all of the standards. If you’re unsure of the standard, comment here for clarification prior to beginning the workout
