Tessa has exceptional experience in outpatient orthopedics and delivers high quality evidence-based care to meet each patient’s individual needs. Her areas of specialization include working with CrossFit athletes, active individuals, and pre and post-operative care. When rehabilitating patients from injuries she focuses on returning patients to a prior level of function that is stronger and more resilient and instills a fitness forward treatment approach. She also has a passion for preventative physical therapy and enjoys working with clients who want to improve performance and prevent future injuries. In addition to her work in physical therapy, Tessa has additional experience in personal training, group exercise, and adapted athlete training. She also recently obtained her CrossFit Level 1 Certification and is an avid CrossFitter herself.
