Growing up in Coburg, Oregon, Peter graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. While at Oregon State University, he was an active member of OSU’s club ultimate frisbee team and the triathlon team. He moved immediately after to Denver, Colorado, where he spent 3 years exploring the Rocky Mountain outdoors and earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors at Regis University.
Peter loves to be outdoors. He has completed a marathon, a half marathon, a 25k trail run, a half iron man, and multiple Olympic triathlons. This has led him to especially enjoy treating runners, helping them resolve injuries and improve mechanics for safer and stronger movement. He is particularly knowledgeable about foot, ankle, knee, and hip injuries. He is also well versed in spinal manipulation.
He is goofy and loving; dad to Lucy and Holden, husband to Hilary, and friend to many. In this season of parenting young children, Peter doesn’t have as many endurance races on his schedule, but he does enjoy getting outdoors and disc golfing, hiking, cycling, and running. When the outdoors is soggy, he enjoys a little competition playing board games with his wife and friends.
