I have been a physical therapist since 2013 and treat general orthopedics with a special interest in osteoporosis, runners, cross-country skiers and post-mastectomy patients who’ve undergone reconstruction surgery. My treatment emphasizes hands-on manual therapy techniques combined with exercise, education, postural awareness and prescription of a home exercise program to help patients decrease pain and get back to the activities they enjoy.
