Lindsey Plass

Hi, I’m Lindsey. I’m a physical therapist, performance coach, author, teacher, international speaker, triathlete and 10-time marathoner. I prize athletic pursuit. My goal is to make people of all abilities realize their full potential. As an extension of that, I want to send the message to those around me that athletic pursuit is helpful.

As a 2015 graduate of the Johns Hopkins Hospital & George Washington University Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency and a 2019 graduate of the University of Chicago Medicine Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship, I am highly skilled in hands-on manual therapy techniques.
I utilize my expert clinical reasoning and examination skills to identify if, when and for how long manual therapy is best for you. Ultimately, the way for you to thrive is to help you establish a thorough, but easy to implement, home exercise routine targeted to your specific needs.
