| I grew up in competitive gymnastics and dance and went through many injuries and rehab. Along the way I was frequently frustrated by the lack of understanding of the demands of dance and gymnastics by my health care providers and felt I was not getting the best care for my sports. So, I have strived to become and dance and gymnastics medicine expert to help this underserved population with skilled physical therapy with an in depth understanding of these sports and the recovery and return to sport process. |
