Kristi graduated from Saint Louis University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. She has been a competitive swimmer for 20 years; swimming locally for the Rochester Orcas, Med City Aquatics, and John Marshall High School. Prior to graduate school, she was a Division 1 swimmer and was team captain during her senior year at Saint Louis University.
Her primary areas of interest include shoulder pain, hip/knee pain, sports rehab, persistent pain, post-operative care, and lymphedema treatment. She utilizes a multimodal approach with treatments including manual therapy, exercise, and education in order to empower patients to reach their fullest potential. She has extensive training in Lymphedema Therapy and Cancer Rehab and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her new Goddaughter. She is a Marvel movie fan, and one of her favorite hobbies is finding new and exciting restaurants around the Rochester area.
