Kelsey specializes in orthopedic physical therapy and pelvic floor physical therapy. She has a special interest in treating postpartum women and helping them return to endurance sports, weightlifting, and exercise. She is trained in pelvic floor physical therapy through Herman and Wallace and has taken extensive courses in pregnancy & postpartum rehabilitation. Kelsey is also certified in dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and pregnancy and postpartum exercise corrective specialist (PCES). Outside of Physical Therapy, you can find her snowboarding, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and doing CrossFit.
