Kelly is a motivated licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who strives to help individuals return to sports/activities they love and improve the overall health and well-being of others. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on each individual and uses evidence-based practice to provide an environment in which clients can succeed.
Growing up in Columbia, South Carolina, Kelly has always been involved in various sports throughout her life. After tearing her ACL and MCL while playing varsity soccer in high school, Kelly’s passion for physical therapy began as her physical therapist helped her return to the soccer field her senior season as a stronger, more confident player. She made it her mission to do the same for others and to help each client accomplish their goals.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tampa in 2018, where she played for the UT Women’s Club Soccer team for two years and worked as an intramural sports referee and weight room supervisor. Before attending physical therapy school, Kelly helped train and rehabilitate a variety of professional and collegiate athletes, consisting of mostly NFL veterans during the off-season and NFL Combine players. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2022 and moved back to Tampa to continue her professional career with Performance Sport Physio.
