Kay Mayordomo

Kay believes in empowering her patients to lead the best life they possibly can without being limited to pain and weakness. She is very passionate about working with older adults, but also enjoys working with individuals who want to return to CrossFit, lifting, and everyday activities.

Upon completion of physical therapy school, Kay completed a year-long Orthopedic Residency through Agile Physical Therapy. This led her to becoming a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has completed her cert-MMOA through ICE to further her knowledge treating older adults. She also teaches with ICE for the Modern Management of the Older Adult (MMOA) course!

In between treating patients and traveling for ICE, she enjoys hiking/trail running, CrossFit, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and pup.
