Jim Koske

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts until i moved to Virginia in 1989. My wife and I have been married for 30 years. I graduated from Old Dominion University in 2000 with a Master degree in Physical Therapy and have worked with various patients in the hospital and outpatient settings since. Along the way I was fortunate enough to work 4 years for the Army as their Physical Therapist and strength/conditioning coach. My wife and I owned and operate CrossFit Oyster Point since 2010. I am a Level 3 CrossFit trainer and enjoy the outdoors from hanging out at the beach to participating in 16 hour adventure races.
