Jessica Mahler

Jessica grew up in the Hamilton area and is excited to be back treating in the area after spending some time in North Vancouver and Guelph. Whether attempting a new distance or trying a new sport, Jessica loves setting new physical activity goals and is passionate about working with others to help them reach theirs. In her spare time Jessica enjoys hockey, running, triathlon, and snowboarding.

Jessica completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at McMaster University. Before this, she completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at University of Waterloo. During school Jessica worked as a strength and conditioning coach working closely with high-level youth athletes in their off-season training. Jessica has extensive training and experience with concussion rehabilitation. Jessica’s treatment is exercise and education focused with the use of manual therapy and soft tissue release to aid in recovery. Jess is also part of our performance consulting team and has worked with the brand Arc’teryx. Jess provides ongoing education on rehabilitation, recovery, performance development and training for the Arc’teryx athlete team and continues to collaborate on injury rehabilitation and performance development for their sky runners, climbers, and snowsport athletes.
