|I am a Physical Therapist that believe the best care is helping people help care for themselves better. After graduating from Pacific University 20 years ago, I spent 10 years in San Francisco working in private practice and and hospital based orthopedics / wellness. Since 2012, I have done travel PT mostly in Outpatient Orthopedic clinics in 6 different states. During this time I have visited >200 CrossFit gyms, became CF-L1 certified and apply many of these strength training concepts into my treatment philosophy. I utilize a blend of Selective Functional Movement Asssessment (SFMA), Austarailian Approach (Maitland) as top tier treatment decision making. This blended in with concepts learned from Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Functional Movement Techniques (Rocktape, IASTM, cupping), Postural Respiration Institute (PRI), Weightlifting (Clinical Athlete) and Strength Training (CSCS), Precision Nutrition (PN1), Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism (P&PA), Integrated Kinetic Neurology (IKN), and general wellness concepts gives me a very broad knowledge base to help my clients.
I recently made a ginormous shift to working in an independent living facility back home in Bend, OR. I am currently working on my MMOA with ICE and love having the privilege of building robust older clients/patients.
