I love to play, I play hard and sometimes get injured. I hated being told I couldn’t or shouldn’t do things because of these injuries without sound justification. This led me to become a practitioner who focuses on keeping you doing what you love and getting you back to it if you’ve had to stop. I specialize in dancers, athletes and anyone who wants to change the narrative they have been given on what they are capable of. I love to treat all body parts but seem to have a special love for hips, and foot/ ankle. I currently treat in 3 locations, Evergreen, Windsor, and Loveland Colorado. My activities include skiing, surfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, crossfit, trail running, paddling and anything else fun outside. I have an amazing 10 y.o. daughter and a 4 y.o. Australian Shepherd who love to adventure with me.
