I enjoy treating patients across a diverse spectrum of impairments and deficits, whether from overuse, traumatic injury, or post-op. I particularly enjoy treating golfers, throwers/overhead athletes, and people who are just trying to live a healthier lifestyle and get out of pain. I employ a variety of manual therapy techniques, modalities, and exercises to get the patient where he/she/they needs to be. I am Level 1 Dry Needling certified, Level 1 TPI certified, and have experience utilizing Blood Flow Restriction therapy in the clinical and gym setting. Through ICE, I have completed Cervical Spine Management, Lumbar Spine Management, Total Spine Thrust Manipulation, Extremity Management, Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete, and continue to work toward becoming ICE-certified. My goal every day is to lead from the front and to “Be About It” in my personal life. If you come to me for help, I want you to know that I am doing the things that I am asking you to do.
