Born and raised in Bedford, TX, Dr. Holiday Williams, PT, DPT, CSCS, FDN was a standout three-sport athlete at L.D. Bell High School, after which she earned her soccer scholarship to McMurry University. Holiday was a scholar-athlete all four years of college and set several records on her soccer team, including most goals and points in a match. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science, she attended Texas Woman’s University and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Holiday has since dedicated her time to helping people keep moving and doing the things they love. Due to her background in athletics and athletic training, she understands the importance of returning to play as quickly and as safely as possible upon injury. She skillfully combines physical medicine with high level and high energy training to develop and motivate athletes of all ages and fitness levels. She is passionate about motivating and encouraging her athletes to participate in diligent training that will minimize injury risk and maximize athletic performance. As a former collegiate athlete with a passion for sports and fitness, she understands that “iron sharpens iron” and hard work pays off.
