Dr. Greg has been involved in the physical therapy and fitness professions for 10+ years. Through his experience in fitness and physical therapy Dr. Greg developed a passion for allowing people to realize their potential and meet their goals which is why he pursued his doctorate in physical therapy.
Throughout his time as a physical therapist, Dr. Greg has had a chance to work with a variety of people from those who have never worked out, to the weekend warrior, fitness athlete, professional athlete and through his involvement in the MN National Guard; Soldiers and other tactical athletes of all ages. He enjoys “putting the puzzle pieces together” to understand the whole person and get to the root cause of the problem, “put the fire out” and begin the rebuilding process. He really enjoys getting to personally know each person he works with to get a sense of their goals, motivators and how to leverage those to achieve results.
During his free time, Dr Greg enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, spending time with his wife Lainie and playing with his kids; Jack and Kennedy (and of course his dog Siren). On Sundays in the fall he enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers (sorry Vikings fans!).
