I became a Physical Therapist because I think the human body is amazing and capable of doing so many things. I have a passion for preventative health and living to the fullest.
The best part of my job is helping people meet their functional and physical goals. I completed a post-graduate degree in manual therapy in 2013 that allows me to improve function and reduce pain with hands on treatment.
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, with my husband and daughter, and participating in physical activity, including yoga, weightlifting, paddle boarding, and bike riding.
