Dr. Salley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute. He is the owner and founder of Restore Performance Institute. In addition to consistently trying to improve the overall standard of practice at Restore and in the profession, Dr. Salley is an Associate Professor of Kinesiology at California Baptist University where he teaches sports medicine in the graduate Athletic Training program. He has a Master’s degree in Theology and employs an evidence-based model of whole-person care (mind, body, soul & spirit) for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and chronic conditions. He is actively engaged in clinical research and is currently studying the effects of Christian meditation and exercise for the management of anxiety and stress. Additionally, he is an avid athlete and is engaged in triathlon training.
