Liz is passionate about promoting physical and mental well-being which drives her principled approach to physical therapy. She particularly enjoys working with the older adult population, but as a former collegiate athlete herself rowing crew at the University of Kansas, she also has a special place in her heart for helping athletes continue their sport. One of her favorite parts about being a PT is knowing that she can help stave off physical decline and inspire people to appreciate the value of exercise and movement.
In her free time, Liz enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, biking, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, and spending time with her boyfriend and their two fur babies. You can also find her throwing around weights at the crossfit gym. She loves being a primary resource for dealing with injury and preventative healthcare in her community
