Edoardo Ferrari

I was born and raised the first 16 years of his life in a town near Milan, Italy. Came to the United States and decided to stay through undergrad and graduate school. While in Italy, I played professional basketball. I received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Bradley University.
I love sharing my knowledge and skills to help people in achieving their fitness goals. My philosophy is to heal through movement. I believes that we are all athletes in our own form. To go back to the activities we love, pain free, it is necessary to restore the normal function of joints and tissues, retrain functional movement, and applying an appropriate dose/program of strength training to maintain long term results.
In spare time, I like to play basketball, cook Italian food, be outdoors, spend time with my wife and son, and strength/power train.
