Deron Bellcase

My name is Deron Bellcase and I am an occupational therapist. My wife and I own SHIFT Therapy and Wellness, an outpatient clinic employing 2 PT’s and one OT. I have worked primarily with the geriatric population for over a decade and love facilitating interventions to enable older adults to age successfully. My wife has pioneered a CrossFit “master’s” class for those ages 55 and older. We are both CrossFit Level 1 trainers. Aside from our passion of working with older adults, I am ICE Physio certified Pro Bike Fitter. Performing bike fits enables me to share my experience and expertise with cyclists to optimize their position on the bike for improved Efficiency and comfort resulting in more miles with more smiles!
