| Some areas of interest for me include vertigo/dizziness/concussion, TMD, oncology and post mastectomy care, CrossFit & Fitness athletes, older adults, headaches, and any condition of the spine and the extremities. I am passionate about health and wellness and helping people achieve lifestyle change. Most recently I have taken ICE upper body dry needling, and next up is lower body dry needling. I have been a PT for 12 years in the Central VA area and I love the community here! I am currently operating my own clinic out of my CrossFit affiliate and also coaching classes here. In my spare time you can find me in the gym or doing a variety of outdoor activities with my husband (backpacking, cycling, fishing & hunting are some of our favorites)! |
