Christine Hidalgo

Christine grew up in Oregon, but moved to Albuquerque, NM for PT school and fell in love with the Southwest. She specializes in helping individuals return to the activities they love, whether it’s a competitive sport or being able to keep up with others. Christine is a competitive powerlifter who has held 3 USPA National Records and who strives to promote fitness and wellness in herself and those around her. She has an extensive background in the fitness industry as she worked as a personal trainer, small group trainer, group fitness instructor, and worked with companies promoting health and wellness. Christine is a firm believer that we are all made to move. She believes that by optimizing movement patterns, we can not only resolve current ailments, but also prevent future injuries so you can remain pain-free long-term.
