Dr. Carlos Toyos opened Limitless PT in 2022 in order to treat patients in a smaller setting with higher quality of care. He has a background as a Crossfit Coach since 2012, as well as competing in both Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting. Carlos enjoys working with active patients and working together to increase performance, recover and prevent injuries in all kinds of sports. When not in the clinic, his hobbies include Crossfit, target shooting, hiking (when not in Florida) and traveling with his wife and puppies.
