Caitlin is founder and owner of Elevate Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, who specializes in integrative and lifestyle medicine. She has special interest in orthopedics and pelvic health for women and pediatrics.
She is a wife and mother to three children and one fur baby. When not treating clients, she loves being on the lake or mountain, paddle boarding, hiking, snowboarding, and enjoying movement with her kids.
