Bonnie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2018. Bonnie has been involved in the CrossFit world since 2014 and obtained her CF-L1 in 2018. She is currently working on obtaining her CMFA certification through ICE. Her passion is working with CrossFit and Functional Fitness athletes to keep them active and healthy in their sport. She also enjoys treating patients with neck pain, headaches, dizziness, and TMJ.
