Benjamin Blakely

A fourth-generation grizzly, Ben was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He attended Pacific Lutheran University and played for the university soccer team while earning his Bachelor’s of Psychology. After graduating from PLU, Ben moved to Missoula where he graduated from the University of Montana with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

During his education, Ben interned in the Montana Running Lab and completed clinical rotations that built his orthopedic and sports rehab knowledge. Additionally, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His specialties include orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, return to sport performance, management and rehabilitation of overuse injuries, running gait analysis, and pre and post-operative rehabilitation

Outside of the clinic, Ben enjoys coaching soccer, playing sports, resistance training, running, and camping. He believes in the resiliency of our bodies and empowering his patients with individualized, evidence-based interventions to return to the activities they love.
