Anita is CrossFitter, runner and olympic weightlifter. She works with patients of all ages and all fitness levels. She is an instructor at Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy and a course developer and instructor in post graduate physiotherapy courses in Canada. She is a CFL1 coach and a certified FCAMPT physiotherapist (manual therapy). Her passion is blending these two areas of Physiotherapy to ensure the best outcomes for patients at all stages of recovery and injury prevention. Anita believes that it is important to make the rehab experience meaningful and fun for patients and they should leave feeling confident in their own role in the process. Her goal is patient independence and ensuring that is something they can maintain through their lifetime.
