I enjoy treating a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from neurologic conditions to post-operative care and sports injuries. I use several different manual therapy techniques and individualized exercises to help my patients reach their rehabilitation goals and return to optimal functioning. Your goals are my goals, we work together to set attainable goals that you can truly see progress on. I am certified to perform level 1 dry needling, total spine manipulation, and blood flow restriction therapy (BFR). I do external pelvic floor rehabilitation for incontinence and pelvic girdle pain. I have 4 year history of doing crossfit and a 10 year history of olympic weight lifting. ICE courses I have completed are Modern Management of the Older Adult, Total Spine Thrust Manipulation, and Management of the Fitness Athlete (pregnancy and post-partum). I am excited to help you return to your goals!
