I grew up playing competitive volleyball. Throughout school I picked up other hobbies such as mountain biking and snowboarding. With seasons of inconsistent exercising throughout school, it wasn’t until I started Crossfit that I personally felt the benefits of consistency and how empowering strength training can be. After experiencing pain relief and an overall improved capacity for all life has to offer, my mission is to help all of my patients experience that freedom. Additionally, I understand that womanhood is challenging and requires a lot from us. That’s why my philosophy is women should be strong, resilient, and ready to take on all of life’s challenges without having to worry about the pelvic floor. I take a fitness forward approach when it comes to pelvic floor physical therapy to prepare you to handle life’s demands. Whether you’re training for a CrossFit competition, a marathon, pregnancy, or motherhood, my passion is empowering you to live a fit and active lifestyle without pelvic floor dysfunction holding you back. I specialize in helping female fitness athletes overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as pregnant fitness athletes stay strong through pregnancy, prep for birth, navigate the postpartum space, and return to running, lifting, and gymnastics. I also see orthopedic injuries and specialize in seeing fitness athletes as well.
