| My name is Allison Chambers, and I work for Fox Rehabilitation in Hamilton County Indiana. I previously worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics for 8 years, and while I still do some work in this setting, my primary focus is now treating older adults in a mobile outpatient setting (home, senior living center, etc). I have a passion for treating an active aging population. I enjoy creating individualized treatment plans for my patients, with their goals being the driver of our therapy sessions.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our family and friends. |
