Alisn Rizzo

Since graduating with her DPT in May 2020 mid-pandemic, Alisn tackled many life milestone because what else was there to do? Alisn got married, began her career as a PT in the outpatient setting, and had two beautiful baby girls in January 2021 and November 2022. If that’s not enough, her husband was stationed at Ft. Carson in May 2021 bringing Alisn to Colorado and CISM in June 2021.
When working with Alisn, you will find she is often laughing or smiling for one reason or another. She strives to treat her patients in a holistic manner meaning she treats not only the injury, but the person too. Being a physical therapist, she is able to create an individualized approach combining movement, education, and manual therapies to empower her patients with the ability reach their goals. Additional certifications include dry needling (not including pelvic floor), emergency response for the athlete, and sports manual therapy certification.
When outside of the clinic, Alisn is often found running the Colorado Springs trails trying to get back in top running form postpartum, playing with her wild children, or chasing after her dogs while her husband is off doing military things.
