After my earning my undergraduate degrees, I enlisted in the United States Air Force. I originally went in pursuing a Special Warfare career, however, an unexpected injury during my training pipeline altered my career path, ultimately leading me to attend physical therapy school in Georgia.
Prior to being a PT, I worked in the strength and conditioning field. I’ve coached individuals of all ages and understand what it takes to progress someone from injury rehab to performing at their best. I have experience working with athletes, post-surgery patients, weekend fitness warriors, and the average person who is just trying to move pain-free and become stronger. I am passionate about getting active individuals back to the gym, their sport, or their hobby.
In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights in my garage gym, making homemade pizza, and hiking with my wife and two dogs.
