To sell a bicycle, you must build it first

In today's episode, Jeff discusses the important of using test-retest methods with a trial treatment to demonstrate the "product" of physical therapy to patients. By showing value to patients during both the initial evaluation and daily treatment sessions, physical therapists build the "bicycle" to sell to the customer/patient.
