Developing patient confidence

In today's episode, Eric discusses a recent JOSPT article that examines efficacy of different types of manual therapy practice, concluding that the devotion to continued clinical excellence may be what improves outcomes, not the actual techniques. Eric challenges therapists to expand on this concept and magnify patient confidence in provider care by using subtle reinforcement through positive testimonials of fellow staff members and other healthcare providers.
