My name is Eric Erdmann. I live in Green Bay, Wisconsin and work in an outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic. I see a wide array of orthopedic patients and have advanced training in both the treatment of spine related symptoms and the treatment of vestibular conditions. When it comes to my educational background, I will be the first to admit that I took the long road. After graduating High School I obtained my Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from the local technical college and started working as a PTA. After working in the field, I decided to continue my education and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I continued to work as a PTA during this time and expanded my work related experience into sports medicine focusing on sport specific training and injury prevention. From there, I decided to pursue my Masters degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Findlay. After graduation, I started working as a Physical Therapist and began to implement my training. I worked for two years as a Physical Therapist when I realized that I wanted more. I then completed my fellowship training with Evidence in Motion, not knowing at the time the positive impact fellowship training would have on my practice. I gained significant clinical reasoning skills, and gained more understanding to the why as well as the how to get patients better, faster. This is why I am excited to pass on my knowledge to those individuals seeking mentorship. In the past, I have had the honor to work with EIM in the patient management framework class and have mentored both EIM residents and fellows-in-training over the last two years. From a personal standpoint, I am married and my wife and I are raising three wonderful children who challenge us both on a daily basis. I enjoy playing golf, being outdoors and I am an avid hunter.
